At LEVATE LABEL, we want to ensure your performance gear is the perfect fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
